Here are the slides that I used in my training session for the Digital Marketing, Growth Hacking and User Acquisition Workshop with General Assembly.

I was working alongside Riley Batchelor (GM, General Assembly Australia) and Adam Trouncer (Entrepreneur and Business Strategist). Here’s the course description:

The success of every company lies in its customer base. It may sound obvious, but so often marketing and customer acquisition can be the first area where budgets and resources are slashed. This half day workshop will take students through the paces of prioritising customer engagement and retention. Students will go through the process used to find, acquire and retain customers as well as learn how to experiment to optimise their strategy along the way.

The content is geared towards online products and services, however digital marketing is essential for every member of a young consumer-oriented web startup as well as anyone from a larger organisation looking to foster the next step their company’s user growth.

You will leave the workshop with actionable insights to implement into your business immediately, no matter what stage of you are at.
